Will I be charged for sending in support request?

There is no charge for your email request or even for our response to these request. Please ask all the questions you want, it is the only way to learn more.

All Know Control solutions come with 2 years of "Realtime" and you have the option of extending the support for additional years at a flat fee.

Once your request has been reviewed and if you're found not to be on "Realtime" we will notify you of any possible charges. If a Certifed technician needs to be dispatched an estimate of total will be provided for approval prior to scheduling.
