Include your store name, location number as the subject, and any additional details of your request in the body of the email, along with your phone number.
You will immediately receive an email showing the ticket has been created.
Our technical support staff will review your request as quickly as possible and respond to your request through the ticket system. You will receive emails of each comment (step) as they are added to your ticket, please respond to any email if you have further comments. This allows you to have a conversation with our technical support staff to solve your issue.
